It's about time DD came to City of Heroes - The mod also comes with background, portrait, & theme song from the lame movie - I advise picking Supernatural _face_8 to give him the blind look & I alpha'ed the Pattern_V_Sinister_01 to help hide that your playing with DD so it would be best to set the Sinister pattern to anything besides red (like LIME GREEN)
